Critiseal – Chest Wound Seal

This seal is used in the treatment of a sucking chest wound (open pneumothorax). The wound dressing includes a Criti Chest wound seal and a gauze swab to wipe away excess blood or fluids around the chest wound. To apply, simply centre the valve directly over the puncture wound and stick the surrounding dressing onto the skin surface.
